Aeropuertos Argentina Unveils New Premium VIPCLUB Lounge at Ezeiza International Airport
The new space targets the premium segment with membership access.
Aeropuertos Argentina, through its VIPCLUB brand, has inaugurated a new premium lounge at Ezeiza International Airport, offering a unique experience with exclusive services designed to ensure comfort, privacy, and direct access to security and immigration controls.
Strategically located in the heart of the departures terminal, the new space spans three levels and combines signature cuisine with state-of-the-art workspaces, among other premium services.

Covering 780 square meters with a capacity for 64 passengers, the lounge features exclusive biometric access from the check-in hall, 24-hour personalized service, and direct access to the tarmac.
Given the level of service, personalized attention, and quality design, Aeropuertos Argentina believes this lounge will become the most modern in Latin America.
Tailored for discerning business and leisure travelers, the new lounge was built with luxurious materials, including natural walnut wood, marble finishes, colored glass, and premium fabrics. The space is furnished with high-end furniture, thoughtfully arranged to ensure privacy, with dedicated zones for advanced technology.
The lounge also offers high-end dining with an à la carte menu curated by Michelin guide chef Agustín Brañas. The culinary selection celebrates Argentina’s rich gastronomic heritage and is paired with a wide variety of wines and signature cocktails.
Daniel Ketchibachian, CEO of Aeropuertos Argentina, emphasized that the new space is the result of extensive research and development aimed at delivering a hyper-personalized experience for demanding travelers.

“We aim to provide the best services so that time spent at the airport becomes a pleasant and meaningful part of the journey—whether for business or leisure. That’s why we’ve created exclusive areas for families and children, workspaces for those who need to stay connected, and pet-friendly zones for travelers with animals,” Ketchibachian stated.

“Based on passenger segmentation, we developed this new VIP experience. Travel today tends to be more frequent and shorter in duration, so we believe investing in premium airport experiences contributes to enhancing the country’s connectivity. Airport stays are increasingly a key factor in travel decisions,” he added.
Ketchibachian also highlighted that designing and operating proprietary VIP lounges is a strategic decision by Corporación América Airports (CAAP), listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Since 2018, Aeropuertos Argentina has conducted a continuous ASQ (Airport Service Quality) survey—from the International Airports Council—to gauge passenger satisfaction throughout the departure terminal journey, from arrival to boarding. This feedback has helped shape and improve new projects, earning Ezeiza recognition as one of the world’s top airports in the ASQ Commercial ranking for customer satisfaction.
