Air France increases its flights to Mexico and the Dominican Republic

Air France plans to significantly increase its operations to Mexico, the Dominican Republic and the French overseas territories to meet the demand during this summer season in the northern hemisphere, subject to the relaxation of restrictions on the movement of people by government authorities.

In total, the airline will operate up to 98 weekly flights to the French Caribbean, Reunion Island, French Guyana, French Polynesia, Saint-Martin, the Dominican Republic and the Riviera Maya in Mexico.

From Paris-Orly airport:

• Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe), Fort-de-France (Martinique) and Saint-Denis de La Réunion will have up to 14 weekly flights each. In the first case, both flights with Boeing 777-300ERs with capacity for 472 passengers. In Fort-de-France and Saint-Denis, one flight with 777-300ER and another with 777-200 for 312 passengers.
• Cayenne (French Guyana), up to seven weekly flights with Boeing 777-200 aircraft with capacity for 312 passengers.

From Paris-Charles de Gaulle:

• Cancun will go from three to five weekly flights with Boeing 777-200s with capacity for 312 passengers.
• Return of flights to Punta Cana, with up to seven operations per week in Boeing 777-300ER aircraft with capacity for 468 passengers.
• Santo Domingo will maintain three weekly flights with Boeing 777-300ER aircraft with capacity for 468 passengers (with a stopover in Punta Cana).
• Saint-Martin will go from four to seven weekly flights on Airbus A330-200 aircraft with a capacity for 224 passengers.
• Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe), Fort-de-France (Martinique) and Saint-Denis de La Réunion will have up to seven weekly flights each. In all three cases, the flights are carried out with Boeing 777-300ER aircraft with capacity for 472 passengers.
• Cayenne (French Guyana) will have three weekly flights (currently there are five and only from Orly) with Boeing 777-200 aircraft with capacity for 312 passengers.
• Papeete (French Polynesia) will have three weekly flights.

Air France also reported that it plans to fly from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Havana (Cuba), Antananarivo (Madagascar) and Port-Louis (Mauritius), although the operations are subject to the lifting of travel restrictions.

In the case of the Cuban capital, the schedule indicates three weekly flights, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays in Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
