These new services will be available year-round, and tickets are already available through the airline's official channels. Portland, a key hub on the West Coast, currently supports over 100 daily operations serving 58 nonstop destinations, including four international ones.
"Although our base is in Seattle, Portland is a second home for us, where we have been the largest airline for over 20 years. Our new flights from Portland, Eugene, and Medford reflect our ongoing commitment to connecting Oregon with the rest of the country," said Kirsten Amrine, Vice President of Network Planning and Revenue Management at Alaska Airlines.
"As passenger traffic at PDX continues to grow, so do opportunities for airlines. We appreciate our continued partnership with Alaska, which provides travelers with more options to connect with major markets and increases connectivity within our state," added Dan Pippenger, Director of Aviation at the Port of Portland.
