The Argentine Undersecretariat of Air Transport has authorized LISTRAIR to operate non-scheduled passenger and cargo flights, both domestically and internationally. The measure, published this Tuesday in the Official Gazette (spanish), allows the airline to offer combined passenger and cargo services, as well as dedicated cargo flights, using small aircraft.
According to Provision 6/2025 (spanish), the approval was granted after the company met the requirements established in the Aeronautical Code and the Regulation on Access to Air Transport Markets, approved by Decree 599/2024.
Additionally, the National Directorate of Air Transport (DNTA), under the authority of the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC), issued a favorable technical report regarding the airline’s operational capacity.
As stated in the provision, LISTRAIR, legally registered as LISTRA 200 SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA, has demonstrated technical and financial capacity in accordance with Article 105 of the Aeronautical Code, enabling it to provide non-scheduled air transport services within Argentina and on international routes.
The measure was signed by Undersecretary of Air Transport Hernán Adrián Gómez and officially communicated to both the company and ANAC. With this authorization, LISTRAIR joins the market of on-demand air service operators in Argentina.
