on (ANAC) has established a new procedure for the importation of aeronautical parts, aimed at streamlining and automating the authorization process through a sworn statement submitted by the importer.
Through Resolution No. 235/2025 (spanish document), published this Friday in the Official Gazette, ANAC determined that the procedure will be processed through a document called “Import Notice for Aeronautical Sector Products,” which will be issued by the agency and must be submitted to the General Directorate of Customs (DGA), under the Revenue and Customs Control Agency (ARCA).
According to the new framework, applicants must enter their personal information and the details of the parts to be imported in a sworn statement, which can be submitted through the Remote Procedures (TAD) platform. Once the process is completed, ANAC will issue the import notice within a maximum of four business days.
According to the agency, the measure aims to reduce processing times and eliminate previous requirements that delayed authorizations, such as tariff codes, part destination, or the aircraft manual. The reform was jointly promoted by the Transport Secretariat of the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Deregulation and State Transformation.
ANAC explains that this initiative is part of a regulatory modernization process aimed at building a more efficient and safer environment for civil aviation in the country. The agency emphasizes that these changes will enable greater agility and adaptability of the sector in response to global challenges, benefiting both operators and passengers.
