Avior Airlines Resumes Caracas–El Vigía Flights After Two-Year Suspension
Avior Airlines increases its domestic destinations to seven with the return of El Vigía starting April 7, 2025.
Avior Airlines has announced the resumption of its flights between Caracas (CCS) and El Vigía (VIG) in Mérida state, starting April 7, 2025, after a two-year suspension.
The route will operate four times a week using Boeing 737-200 and Boeing 737-400 aircraft, offering approximately 1,000 seats per week.
Flight Schedule:
- Flight 9V 1068: CCS 13:00 - 14:00 VIG / Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Flight 9V 1068: CCS 16:00 - 17:00 VIG / Sunday.
- Flight 9V 1069: VIG 14:45 - 15:45 CCS / Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Flight 9V 1069: VIG 18:00 - 19:00 CCS / Sunday.
With this addition, Avior now offers seven domestic destinations, complementing its three international routes. The airline also provides flights from El Vigía to Barcelona (BLA) and Medellín (MDE), with a stopover in Caracas.

- Conviasa: 2 weekly flights.
- Aeropostal: 1 weekly flight.
Additionally, El Vigía receives weekly flights from Turpial Airlines to Valencia and two weekly flights to Porlamar with Conviasa.
