Boeing has reached a major milestone in the air cargo sector by delivering its 100th 767-300 Boeing Converted Freighter (BCF) to SF Airlines, the world's largest operator of this aircraft model.
The delivery took place on February 14 at Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Company Limited (GAMECO), where the aircraft underwent conversion. To mark the occasion, the new freighter featured a special emblem on its nose, as reported by our partner publication Aeroin.
A Cornerstone of SF Airlines' Growth
Li Gang, Vice President of Maintenance at SF Airlines, emphasized the 767-300BCF's vital role in the company's expansion. "Since introducing our first 767-300BCF in 2016, it has become the backbone of our operations due to its outstanding performance," he stated.
He also highlighted the aircraft’s high reliability and stability, which have enabled SF Airlines to continually grow its domestic and international cargo network.

Doug Backhus, Boeing's Vice President of Cabin Modifications and Maintenance, praised the collaboration between Boeing, SF Airlines, and GAMECO. "Celebrating the 100th 767-300BCF completion with SF Airlines and GAMECO is a testament to the strong partnership involved in designing, converting, and operating these versatile aircraft. The 767-300BCF will continue to play a crucial role in the air cargo industry for decades to come," Backhus stated.

✔ Lower deck capacity: 3,410 cubic feet (96.6 m³)
