Discover Patagonia: LATAM Airlines reconnects São Paulo with Bariloche
LATAM Airlines Brazil will reactivate its São Paulo-Bariloche route during the 2025 winter season. The seasonal operation, scheduled from June 23 to August 31, will cater to the rising demand for travel to Argentine Patagonia, connecting it with 48 domestic destinations in Brazil and more than 20 international locations through LATAM's hub in São Paulo
LATAM Airlines Brazil will resume its seasonal connection between São Paulo and Bariloche during the winter season, operating six times per week between June 23 and August 31, 2025, subject to government approval.
The route will be operated with Airbus A320 aircraft with a capacity for 174 passengers, aiming to transport approximately 17,700 passengers during the peak season. The flights, which will last 4 hours and 30 minutes, will be available for purchase on latam.com in the coming days.
According to Florencia Scardaccione, Commercial Manager of LATAM Airlines in Argentina, "resuming this operation will not only increase the connectivity between Brazil and Argentina but also directly link Brazilian tourists with the premier tourist center of Argentine Patagonia, renowned for its stunning landscapes, lakes, forests, and mountains. Additionally, southern Argentina will join a vast network of more than 20 international destinations and 48 domestic destinations in Brazil via the São Paulo hub."

This seasonal operation complements the flights that LATAM maintains between Brazil and Argentina from Buenos Aires and Mendoza, further strengthening its network of 151 destinations across 27 countries in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Oceania.
The resumption of this route reinforces LATAM’s presence in the region and addresses the growing demand from Brazilian tourists seeking to experience Bariloche’s attractions during the winter season.
