Embraer has officially added Fly Across MRO to its Authorized Service Center Network for executive jets in Mexico. Based at Toluca International Airport, Fly Across MRO will provide base maintenance for the Phenom and Praetor series, as well as the Legacy 450 and Legacy 500 models.
Comprehensive Maintenance Services
According to Embraer, Fly Across MRO will offer:
✔ Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
✔ Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support
✔ Drop-in services for immediate assistance
Expansion in Mexico
The authorization was granted after a rigorous evaluation process, ensuring that Fly Across MRO meets Embraer’s quality and safety standards. The certification strengthens Fly Across MRO’s position as a key player in the region’s executive jet maintenance sector.

Embraer’s Global Support Network
Embraer’s executive jet support network includes:
- Eight company-owned service centers
- 44 Authorized Service Centers across the Americas
- A total of 74 service locations worldwide
Additionally, Embraer has doubled its MRO capacity in the U.S., with new maintenance lines at Dallas Love Field, Texas, and Cleveland, Ohio.
