GOL launches route to Caracas with stopover in Bogotá
GOL Linhas Aéreas strengthens its hub in Brasília by launching a new route to Caracas (CCS), with two weekly frequencies starting March 31, 2025. The flights, operated with the modern Boeing 737 MAX 8, include a stopover in Bogotá.
GOL Linhas Aéreas announced the launch of its new route to Caracas (CCS), starting March 31, 2025. The service will operate with two weekly frequencies, connecting Brasília with the Venezuelan capital, with a stopover in Bogotá.
According to the company in a press release, this new operation strengthens Brasília International Airport as a key hub for GOL. The airline already serves five international destinations from Brasília: Miami (MIA), Orlando (MCO), Bogotá (BOG), Buenos Aires (EZE), and Cancún (CUN). With this addition, Caracas becomes the sixth international destination from the Brazilian capital.
The flights will be operated with the modern Boeing 737 MAX 8, which, in its international configuration, accommodates 176 passengers.
This announcement also aligns with GOL’s plan to add four other international destinations in 2024: Bogotá (Colombia), Cancún (Mexico), Aruba, and San José (Costa Rica).
Tickets for the route between Brasília (BSB) and Caracas (CCS) are now available on GOL's website and app, at GOL stores in airports, via the Smiles website and app, through the Customer Service Center (0300 115 2121), and in travel agencies.
