GOL Linhas Aéreas Resumes Charter Flights to Martinique in Partnership with MSC Cruises
GOL Linhas Aéreas has resumed operating special charter flights to Martinique, in the Caribbean, using Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. This initiative is part of its partnership with MSC Cruises, announced during a travel agent event in São Paulo in November 2023.
On this occasion, MSC Cruises unveiled its upcoming season in the Southern Caribbean and Antilles, scheduled for November 2024 to April 2025, aboard the MSC Virtuosa, according to a report by our partner, Aeroin.

This product has become one of the company’s top-sellers in the international market, particularly because Brazilian passengers do not require a U.S. visa. The package includes GOL-operated charter flights, connecting São Paulo’s Guarulhos International Airport with Fort-de-France Airport in Martinique.
The flights, lasting approximately six hours, follow this schedule:
- Departures from Brazil: Saturdays at 11:30 a.m.
- Return flights from Martinique: Saturdays at 7:00 p.m., with a stop at Manaus Airport before arriving in Guarulhos.
The MSC Virtuosa, departing from Fort-de-France, offers itineraries to a range of stunning Caribbean and Antilles destinations. These include Guadeloupe, Saint Lucia, Barbados, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, British Virgin Islands, Saint Martin, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Antigua and Barbuda.
These charters aim to enhance accessibility to unique Caribbean destinations while offering convenience to Brazilian travelers, making the partnership between GOL and MSC Cruises a significant step in expanding international tourism options.
