GOL resumed its flights between Córdoba and São Paulo
GOL increases its flights to Córdoba, reaching 11 operations per week.
At 03:51 on April 1st, GOL Linhas Aéreas resumed its flights between São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport (GRU) and Ingeniero Taravella International Airport in Córdoba (COR), after a one-year suspension. The restart responds to the growing flow of Argentine tourists traveling to Brazil.
The route will offer three weekly flights, operated with Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft with a capacity of 176 passengers, totaling 1,056 weekly seats.
Currently, GOL is the only airline offering direct service between the two cities, giving travelers from Córdoba access to the airline’s extensive network in Guarulhos. This includes over 30 domestic destinations across Brazil, as well as several international routes to Aruba, Punta Cana, and San José, Costa Rica.
Passengers from Córdoba can also connect to long-haul international flights from Guarulhos, including routes to the United States, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, through interline agreements and additional connections offered from the São Paulo hub.
At the same time, GOL has increased its services between Córdoba and Rio de Janeiro, boosting frequencies from four to seven flights per week starting in April. Additionally, from April 12, the airline plans to launch direct flights between Córdoba and Recife (REC).
Presence across Argentina
GOL continues to operate regular flights from the cities of Rosario and Mendoza, connecting them to Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, respectively.
For the winter season (July-August), the airline will resume its São Paulo-Bariloche route, offering three weekly frequencies.
Through its codeshare agreement with Aerolíneas Argentinas, GOL also provides connections to additional destinations within Argentina, with stopovers in cities such as Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario, and Mendoza.
