Level boosts flights between Barcelona and Buenos Aires

These figures illustrate LEVEL’s unwavering dedication to fostering its Barcelona hub development and intercontinental connectivity through the sustained expansion of its non-stop services between the Catalan capital and the Americas. The budget carrier added over 198,000 seats to its 2023 itinerary, a 35% increase from the previous year.

Specifically for this year’s summer season, LEVEL is enhancing its services in the United States, where it has augmented its offer by 20% compared to the same period in 2022. Additionally, service to Santiago de Chile will be available year-round from June, with three weekly flights.

Moreover, the IAG airline has planned six weekly flights on the Barcelona – Buenos Aires route during the northern summer. This schedule establishes the company as the leading long-haul airline operator in terms of capacity at El Prat airport.

This partnership provides connecting routes to the Americas and destinations in Spain and Europe, enhancing the connectivity of the cities both airlines serve.

LEVEL’s Barcelona Schedule for the Summer Season

    • Boston: Four flights a week.
    • Buenos Aires: Six flights a week.
    • New York: Daily flights.
    • Los Angeles: Four flights a week.
    • Santiago: Three flights a week.
    • San Francisco: Four flights a week.

As stated by Lucía Adrover, Commercial Director of LEVEL, «Since LEVEL’s inception six years ago, our goal was unambiguous – to link Barcelona with America. Consequently, we have been strengthening our destination map, consistently expanding our services over time, firmly committed to our strategic markets in the United States and South America. The company takes pride in witnessing the solidification of our business model as IAG’s budget, long-haul airline, contributing to Barcelona’s intercontinental connectivity development«.
