Santiago de Chile, a route that is performing well and will not undergo changes

On October 30, 2023, the low-cost carrier began operations between Santo Domingo and the Chilean capital using its Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft. The route operates as follows:

• Santo Domingo – Santiago flight DM 187 SDQ 18:00 – 03:00 (+1) SCL / Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
• Santiago – Santo Domingo flight DM 188 SCL 04:35 – 11:35 SDQ / Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays.

Company sources stated that the route has significant demand within the connectivity network and benefits from being the only operator directly linking the two capitals. LATAM, a competitor in the binational corridor, flies from Santiago to Punta Cana.

From Santo Domingo, passengers can access Arajet’s destinations beyond the Dominican Republic and can travel to Punta Cana via a ground transportation link.
