The purpose of this agreement is to promote the reactivation of the tourist and economic sector, understanding the fundamental role of SMEs in lodging services and regional economies, which will benefit from an interesting package of measures which include significant discounts at destinations of TAR.

The important points of the agreement are discounts on national and international lodging, rent a car, bus rental, tours and land transportation, and also on more cruises and shipping companies that joined the initiative.

«For Transportes Aéreos Regionales it is very important to collaborate with the chambers of commerce and promote tourism in our country. We are very happy to create this alliance with CANACOPE and the other members,» expressed Ángel García.

TAR operates a network of 19 destinations in Mexico, and its fleet is made up of twelve Embraer ERJ-145s. For June it has an offer of 43,050 seats on 861 flights, having levels of 45% compared to the same month in 2019, according to information obtained by Aviacionline in Cirium.
