Bell Textron Inc., a subsidiary of Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT), announced at the VAI Verticon 2025 event that it achieved a record-breaking number of aircraft orders in Latin America during fiscal year 2024. This milestone marks the highest number of Bell 429 helicopters ordered in a single year in the region, reflecting the growing demand for the company’s aerial solutions.
“Bell is thrilled to have reached this achievement, which is a testament to the trust our customers place in our products and the dedication of our team,” said John Ramos, Managing Director for Latin America. “We have seen consistent demand for our models in Latin America, particularly for the Bell 429, Bell 407, and Bell 505. These aircraft offer the versatility our customers need to fulfill a wide range of missions in the region,” he added.
Bell highlighted its extensive network of authorized maintenance and customer service facilities that operate continuously throughout Latin America. Among its recent milestones, the company delivered the 500th Bell 429, which was designated for a Brazilian corporate transport operator.
With nearly 1,000 commercial and military operators in the region, the company continues to expand its investments to strengthen its position in Latin America.
