United Airlines confirmed today that it plans to resume its flights between Newark and Tel Aviv starting March 15, after suspending them last year due to the intensification of the conflict between Israel and Hamas.
Now, according to a statement, the airline can return to Tel Aviv after “detailed assessment of operational considerations for the region and close work with the unions who represent our flight attendants and pilots.”
The flights between Newark and Tel Aviv will be operated with Boeing 787-10 aircraft with 318 seats, on a daily frequency, which will be increased to two flights per day starting March 29. The company will continue evaluating opportunities to resume additional flights based on demand trends.

Additionally, the airline emphasized that it offers connections to Tel Aviv through partner airlines, including those of the Lufthansa Group.
