Embraer and CAE have announced their commitment to increase pilot training capacity for Phenom 300 executive aircraft. Together, these two companies have established Embraer-CAE Training Services (ECTS), training centers that will incorporate two new full-flight simulators (FFS). One of these FFS will be located at CAE London Burgess Hill in the United Kingdom, and the other at CAE Las Vegas, in the United States.

On the other hand, the President of CAE’s Executive Aviation and Helicopter Training Division, Alexandre Prevost, said: «The two new simulators will double our training capacity for the Phenom 300 in Las Vegas and London, allowing CAE to train more pilots at a critical time. Over the next 10 years, CAE foresees a demand for 32,000 executive aviation pilots, and we are collaborating with our partners at Embraer to ensure that Phenom 300 customers have highly qualified pilots to keep flying.»
Currently, ECTS operates seven Phenom series simulators at three different locations: Las Vegas, Nevada (USA), Dallas, Texas (USA), London Burgess Hill (UK), and Guarulhos (Brazil). The increase in demand for certified professionals for the Phenom model has created this expansion opportunity with the acquisition of these new simulators.
