Inside LOT Polish Airlines’ New Business Lounge in Terminal 5, Chicago

LOT Polish Airlines will open a new Business Lounge at Chicago O’Hare International Airport centrally located in Terminal 5 on December 19. The facility covers an area of 617 square meters, offering panoramic views of the runway through large glass walls.

The new LOT Polish lounge offers:

  • Fast Wi-Fi and device charging stations,
  • 165 comfortable seats,
  • Panoramic airport views (two high glass walls),
  • dedicated work and relaxation zones,
  • a private area allowing passengers to comfortably fulfill their religious duties,
  • food zones and a wide selection of beverages,
  • Unisex bathrooms and showers.

Culinary offerings:

  • A culinary corner with hot and cold meals, tailored to the time of day.
  • A bar offering a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • A wide range of gourmet dishes, including vegetarian and halal options, prepared to the highest standards to cater to our passengers’ culinary preferences.

The new lounge aims to offer customers a consistent experience during their travel. Currently, LOT Polish operates services to Chicago O’Hare from Warsaw and Krakow.
