This Sunday (9) at 6:11 p.m. the first LATAM season flight from Santiago de Chile landed at Punta del Este Airport. At first, operations between both cities were scheduled from January 2nd, as we had published.
The company will have two weekly services between the Chilean capital and the Uruguayan city on Airbus A320s. According to the Cirium platform, LATAM flights will be until the end of February, since they are summer operations.
LATAM returned to Punta del Este after a 22-month absence. Prior to COVID-19, the carrier operated scheduled flights to and from Sao Paulo twice a week with Airbus A320-200s.
